As more and more censorship is being done lately one everything from TV to the internet, it makes me think that the world has gone soft. Sure there is a time and a place for things, but that doesn't mean that since it's not "your" time for it, doesn't make it time for everyone else.
Some people like to tell blue collar jokes, and people like to listen to them. But all it takes is 1 person that gets offended and it ruins it for those that liked it. Same goes for TV, radio, internet, work places and basically any corner of speech.
Free speech is a right and should be used. Censoring is just a form of taking away your right. I express myself daily, with no remorse for what I say. I say what is on my mind. It may offend some people, but hey, "Honesty is the best policy" right? I don't bite my tongue when it comes to subject matter that means something to me.
Now don't get me wrong, I don't just spout off at the mouth to get a "rise" out of people. That's not my intent. I speak my mind when it needs to be spoken.
If I don't want to see something, I don't look. If I don't want to hear something, I walk away. I don't complain. It's just not my time to hear or see things. I won't ruin it because I know other are wanting to see or hear it.
So in closing, I will say, Cunt.
Why?
Because I like that word.

Anything CAN Help
Now I have never been a fan of Kid Rock, ask anyone that knows me, but here lately he has put out some good songs and dropped his self righteous attitude. There's one song in particular on his latest album that really strikes a chord with me. It's called Amen.
This song really hits home with my beliefs on society and it probably strikes you dead in the chest as well. He attacks the problems in the world in just over 4 minutes, and really drives home the message that we can get along and help one another.
"It's a matter of salvation from them patience up above,
So don't give up so damn easy on the one you love,
Somewhere you got a brother, sister, friend, grandmother, niece or nephew
Just dying to be with you
You know there's someone out there who unconditionally, religiously, loves you
So just hold on 'cause you know it's true
And if you can take the pain
Then you can withstand anything, and one day
Stand hand in hand with the truth"
These words are more than just good, they are true.
You have someone that wants to be with you, and loves you for who you are. Stop being selfish and let that someone in. If you don't know who that person is, let everyone in. Matter of fact, just let everyone in regardless. If everyone was open to each other, this world would be a better place.
Too often do we as people walk through this world without actually looking around at the other people around us. You can walk right past the person that can help you out, and you would never know. You can walk right past your soul mate, next best friend, a person that will open your eyes to the beauty that actually exists in this world. It's not all about war, famine, dictators, death, etc. These things are all caused by us, so we are the ones that can put an end to it all.
Instead of getting mad over a disagreement, just agree to disagree and move on. There is no sense in arguing to the point of getting mad at each other and ending a friendship or preventing one from even starting.
When you see a homeless person on the street somewhere, digging through the trash looking for food we throw away without thinking twice about it, give them a dollar or whatever you are moved to give. Maybe a sandwich or something. Anything.
If everyone chipped in a did a little more, instead of just looking out for themselves, this world will be as beautiful as everyone dreams it can be. The organizations that our out there trying to end world hunger, homelessness, diseases, peace keepers, etc, they are not just blowing smoke up your ass. They are lighting the fire, that causes the smoke for them to blow, under your ass.
Stand up and do something to help. Don't rely on the person down the street to do it. "If you want something done right, then do it yourself".

Is There Anybody Out There?
63 trillion miles away from earth, there is a star. Epsilon Eridani to be precise. Come to find out recently, this star is actually the sun of another solar system, with about 3, possibly more, planets orbiting there. The Epsilon Eridani is about 850 million years old. Sounds pretty damn old, but considering that our sun is about 4.5 billion years old, it's still a child in comparison, but basically it's about the right time and age for development to occur.
Some of these planets may be terrestrial planets, either now or may become. We will find out surely within the next 20 years if anything is going on, on these planets since right now we can't see them fully in that systems inner dust ring.
Won't it be neat to see if we do discover early life? To shatter this self righteous claim that we are the only ones out there? To watch and see how life begins there, will answer a lot of questions about here. But I still see the main question being, "Is it by chance that again all things just happened to come together for life to exists, or is it God creating another planet of life?"

Reality. What A Concept.
I was inspired to write this particular blog from a post a friend made on BengalsWorld.com.
Here's some excerpts from said post.
"When I contemplate the genesis of existence it overwhelms me. Think about all of the intricate variables and unknowns involved in the dawning of not only our civilization, but the existence of the universe. How did all of this happen? Is this the result of some minute chance that came to fruition to no ones accord? Or is our reality the dream and construction of something completely unfathomable? Is religion correct? Better yet, which religion is correct? Are we really special compared to all of the different animals living on earth? Why? Is there life after death? Is eternal peace possible or a completely fabricated concept? If not, can eternity be quantified? Why do so many people suffer who clearly do not deserve their fate? Why do so many prosper through actions that can only be defined as horrific?
These are the questions, along with a long list of many others, that haunt me when I question the true nature of reality. Culture has taught us that there has to be something more to life than just living..."
"The small things that we let dominate our lives can corrupt our true beliefs in the big picture. Are all the things once held as popular belief, lost to a world that as evolved without them, the distorted view of a nature that we cannot define? Is the truth to existence found in the message not the words? The future holds more things uncovered that will change society and our beliefs. Is the world we live in today less true due to the truths of the future? There is a true answer to all of our questions. There is something that is pure, regardless if we ever find it. There has to be."
If I took the time to attempt to answer all these questions, this blog would take forever and a day to read. So I am going to pick out the ones that mean the most to me.
"Is religion correct? Better yet, which religion is correct?"
In my own personal beliefs and views, Christianity, or some form of it that involves Jesus Christ is the correct one. But I also live by another belief. "To each his own". Whatever makes you happy and content with life is what's best for you as an individual. Whether that be believing in God, or believing that we just happened by chance, or not sure what you believe in as far as how we became, it's what makes you content that matters. If you believe that God does not exist, that Allah is God, that Jesus does not exist but God does, Buddha (Nirvana), or any other means of existence, then that's your choice. I will not push Christianity onto anyone. Christianity is my choice. There are many forms of religion to choose from. Chose the one that is best for you.
"Are we really special compared to all of the different animals living on earth? Why?"
Yes. We are special in comparison to every animal on this earth. Just as every animal on earth is special compared to us and to each other species. The defining point between animals and humans though, is humans can create. We can use our hands with our brains to create something.
A beaver can create a dam, but that is it's limit. A bird can create a nest, but that is it's limit. Humans can create an innumerable amount of things. Houses, cars, planes, tables, chairs, beds. We can even invent. Our unstoppable mind mixed with our motor functions, makes us the most versatile being on this planet.
Some will argue that bacteria is the most versatile. As versatile as bacteria is, especially with adaptation and evolution, it still fails in comparison to what a human can do.
"Why do so many people suffer who clearly do not deserve their fate? Why do so many prosper through actions that can only be defined as horrific?"
This question can be answered 1 of 2 ways. 1 being Karma. And 2, testing of faith. I will concentrate on answer number 2, since Karma is a lot easier explained in and of itself.
In a religious sense, its a test of ones faith. How strong you are in your beliefs of yourself and God. The story of Job in the Bible can give a more detailed example than I can. But Job was tested by God, basically because Satan didn't think Gods followers were that devout, especially Job since he was so prosperous at the time. So God allowed Satan to destroy Job's life. Satan made his family die, his land taken away, gave him boils and sores and made him hungry and weak. Job always found the strength to pull himself up and continue to believe in God, despite his friends and family (before they died) trying to make him shun away from God. Though he was upset at why he was being punished for not doing anything wrong, he never once cursed at God. On the contrary, he praised him. "Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord. (Job 1:21) After all was said and done, God healed him and gave him twice as much as he had before.
Not everyone will go through the tests like Job, but, we will face things that come to us out of nowhere and really knock us down flat. If you continue to believe in yourself and God, you will get through and over any obstacle. You will be a better person for doing so.
"Is the world we live in today less true due to the truths of the future?"
Very thought provoking. We have learned so much in these couple of thousands of years living on this earth, and we have discovered more in being wrong or slightly off, than we have discovered knew things.
Who's to say that the things we hold today as proven facts, may be 100% wrong in another 100 years? Are we that narcissistic to believe that we are right? Even after knowing that we have been wrong more times than we can count throughout history?
Is it less true today, than it will be later? In a whole, no. What we know today may eventually become false. But that does not make it any less true today. As time unfolds, we will learn more and more about the things we have wrong and things we have yet to discover.
Reality is what you make of it. What you physically or emotionally see, feel, hear or think, is what makes your reality. This is why some people have a negative outlook in life, while some have a positive outlook. It's all in your perception. If you feel there is a hole in one of your perceptions of life, try religion. It may be that last little bit you need to feel complete. It may not be religion. It could be Yoga. It can be anything. But the trick is to find what makes you whole. When you do, all the answers will come to you in time.
I hope some of you feel the same as I do. If you disagree with anything, that is fine. Like I said earlier, what your choice is to believe, is your choice and no one else can make it for you.

Its A Mad Mad Mad Mad World
Who knew that we as America, could go from a 200 billion dollar budget surplus to just about a 500 billion dollar deficit? Not including some 10's of billions more not accounted for, for the Iraq war. Not only that, but go from a decent economy to damning the entire world? I already kind of figured that Bush would lead us to World War 3, but I thought that would be from invading and attack countries over in the middle east, not by making the entire world fall into a recession.
Venezuela's president is calling for Bush to stand trial for causing this world economic crisis. One of our biggest allies, England, is pointing their finger at us. Russia, Brazil, Iceland, China, plus many, many more. The World Blames America (CNN video explaining a little more on that.)
We thought last month was bad times? Wait till next month. Soon talks of war will emerge. But before a war breaks out, we switch to one world currency to balance everyone out. Calling about the end of days in the Biblical sense.
These next couple of months are going to be very interesting.
Venezuela's president is calling for Bush to stand trial for causing this world economic crisis. One of our biggest allies, England, is pointing their finger at us. Russia, Brazil, Iceland, China, plus many, many more. The World Blames America (CNN video explaining a little more on that.)

To Abort Or Not To Abort. That Is The Question

And what was I supposed to be?

Before it had a start?
Was I not wanted?
Was I not going to be smart?
Even if I had been born imperfect
Why couldn't my parents see,

Why didn't they want me?

Before my umbilical cord?

Now whether you are a fan of religion or not, you can imagine these being real questions. I am Pro Life, but being a man I am told that I have no say in the matter, which I think is a load of crap. Yes a woman has to be the carrier of the child in question, but without the guy that child would not be there. Therefor giving him a right to have a say. Especially during a successful relationship.
Scenario 1
If they were not trying to have a child and used proper countermeasures to make sure, yet still the woman becomes pregnant, makes for a long discussion. If the woman wants it, but the guy doesn't, now there's a dilemma going on in the girls head whether to keep it and hope that the guy becomes accepting of his new responsibilities, depend on child support, say "screw it" and go it alone, or abortion. I am a firm believer in you reap what you sow, but that's me. I'm a responsible guy. But, I am not every guy out there. There's a 50% chance this guy will run off, leaving her to fend for herself. Does she keep it and go for child support? Go it alone? Abort? Tough call. But if the guy stays, he should accept responsibility. Ultimately it's the girls call.

If they were not trying to have a child and used proper countermeasures to make sure, yet still the woman becomes pregnant, but this time the girl doesn't want it and the guy does. Most will argue that it's the woman's call because she has to carry the child. Granted, but, like I said earlier, without the guy, the child would not be in the process of forming. It takes two to tango. Shouldn't the guy be allowed to say, "Hey, I want this child. It comes from me, it is me."? Even if the girl doesn't want it, shouldn't the guy be allowed to have the same options of hoping to convince her to stay and keep the child, go for child support or say "screw it", and go it alone? She can still pop the kid out, and the guy can take care of it. But ultimately, it's the girls call.
I believe life starts at conception. To me it's a no brainer. When cells start dividing, that's life. Life is defined as "The property or quality that distinguishes living organisms from dead organisms and inanimate matter, manifested in functions such as metabolism, growth, reproduction, and response to stimuli or adaptation to the environment originating from within the organism." If cells are splitting and growing, that's animate matter. Therefor, life.
So to get to the point I am making with "Life", shouldn't a guy be allowed to press charges of murder against a woman if he want's the child and she aborts it? Same goes for the woman who gets pressured by the guy to abort the child, even if she want's it.
I also believe that abortion should only be allowed during 3 main circumstances.
1. Rape
2. Incest
3. Life threatening
But all this is moot. I am a man. I have no say so.
And as long as abortion is still legal, I say why not continue stem cell research? Yes it's unfortunate where we get them from, IE: dead babies, but we all know the benefits of stem cell research. We can rebuild a broken body from the inside out with stem cells. They are a beautiful thing and I firmly believe that we need more stem cell research. As long as abortion is still legal, why not research more while we can? It may save my life, someone in my families life, my friends life or even your life one day.
Pro Life with no say so, but also Pro Stem Cell.

Tell Me I'm A Part Of History. Tell Me I Can Have It All.
I fully, 100%, support our men and women serving in any and all branches of our military. These brave individuals risk their limbs, sanity and on the biggest scale, their lives. To all the soldiers out there, active duty or retired, even those that died for this country, I thank you.
All gave some. Some gave all.
I don't support the man or the group of people that led our hero's to die in this war. Which brings me to the real topic of today's blog.
Why would anyone enlist today to go to Iraq after the war has been exposed for it's real cause?
Originally, this all started as a retaliation from 9/11. When it happened, we the people wanted some kind of retaliation, justice or just an out right pay back. Every single one of us. I wanted to enlist, but did not meet requirements set forth by the military. If you enlisted then, I salute you for defending this countries honor. But after a short stay, our fearless leader Bush, sent us into Iraq to take down Saddam. Sounded great at the time to some, and to others, like me, we scratched our heads and asked "Why?". I thought we were after Osama, not Saddam. Saddam is not the one that committed the heinous crime. But it was too late. We were there and we were getting killed to take down the dictator.
The government came up with excuses to somehow "justify" our involvement in Iraq, and the people bought into it for a while. But then, after we took out Saddam and we continued to stay, whether it was for insuring our Democracy we instilled in them or not, we discovered this war is for the oil. The war turned out to be a cleverly hidden heist.
Remember the ads? "If you own an SUV, you are supporting terrorists". "If you buy marijuana, you are supporting terrorist". It was a sneaky way to cover our eyes from what was really going on. Blinded us with scare tactics and took away some of our privacy, by allowing themselves to look in on the peoples e-mail. Shame on you president Bush.
Back to the topic at hand though, why would you enlist now knowing that this war/conflict/operation, whatever you want to call it, is a sham? If you enlist now to "fight for our freedom" (another catchy little diversion they fed us), then you are either blind to whats been going on the past few years, or you are just that gun-ho to kill anyone with a turban.
I still support the ones going in everyday to the recruiters office, but I will not cry for you. If you are willing to fight for Bush's oil, then so be it. I salute you, but I refuse to shed a tear.
If you are enlisting to take advantage of the college tuition offers, that's one thing. But don't enlist in the Army or Marines. You just become another one of their pawns, and you have a good chance on losing everything. All it takes is one bullet to ruin your plans.
Instead, enlist somewhere where you can still get your military training and still go to college. Navy, Coast Guard or the Air Force is a lot safer and less likely to be called upon during our fake "war" in Iraq. Don't let what the media and government make you believe that we are "fighting for our freedom" over there. We are not. We have not had to fight for our freedom since the Revolutionary War. Our freedoms are not in jeopardy.
I salute you all for what you do. You have my utmost respect and admiration. Just don't go foolishly into something such as Iraq.

BengalsWorld.com
At night, I used to dream of a happy place. A place that welcomes me and my beliefs. If only there was an online forum that allows me to be myself and talk about the Cincinnati Bengals and anything else my little heart desires. One that allows the total freedom of speech to praise or belittle your own team or any other topic of discussion.
Then, all of a sudden, I woke up when I was sent an invite to come visit a new Bengals forum.
Originally I belonged to the main Cincinnati Bengals forum, where I could talk about the Bengals and many other topics of discussion. But they were strict on language and topic subjects. Eventually, the moderators of the site became stricter and stricter. To the point you got banned just for asking a question about a decision the admins and mods made. It became an online Dictatorship.
But, as said before, I got this message in my inbox with an invite to this new Bengals forum. So I click here, and type there, and the next thing I know, I am looking at BengalsWorld.com. After snooping around the site, I saw that there was a diverse group of people from all aspects of life, talking about the Bengals, politics, religion, major news breaks, etc. And not only were they talking about them, but they were using swear words and putting down certain topics and speaking against the Bengals and against the mods and admins, yet it was all in good fun. The mods and admins understand that no two people are the same, and a lot of people will be against certain views. So they allow both sides of the argument, whether they are arguing amongst themselves or with an admin or mod.
Was I still dreaming? Come to find out, no. I was wide awake and looking at the holy land that is free speech with Bengal loving and hating. I instantly became a member and quickly found myself in the middle of this diverse crowd that accepted me and my views on any and all topics.
There is a feature on BengalsWorld.com that makes it better than any other. It's called a ChatBox. Pretty much like a chat room where the members can talk to each other live without having to post in the forums. It's great for small talk and getting know other members. I quickly made a lot of new friends, both virtually and physically. There are occasional get together's and parties and a group that tailgates every Bengals home game. I have met a few of them, and they are really great people.
First and foremost is Onyx. Onyx is the site owner and head admin. Very laid back and accepting of anyone and everyone. He runs the site and tries to keep it as smooth and welcoming as possible. And doing a great job at it I must say.
Other people of mention are people that are almost non stop regulars, that are very open and accepting of others.
Trina. Our resident Bengals die hard with a constant upside and optimism, despite how horrible the Bengals played that week. She's as sweet as sweet can get. Never mean or uncaring. Almost like the sight mom. Though she does have a sharp wit. Be careful if you have to go against her in the smack forum.
Dr. Johnny Fever. A man of quick wit and off the wall humor, with a lot of common sense. Usually good for a good post, then to follow it with some sort of joke. Representing the Bengals all the way fown in Florida. Thats dedication.
Meg. The tomboy of the female species on the site. Loves football, baseball and Dairy Queen with a passion that is unmatched. Normally nice to everyone, but don't make her mad. She's not afraid of anyone. And she really hates Mayo for some reason. Also is delusional about Peyton Manning being the father of her kids.
The Entertainer. If it wasn't for him, we would have to actually look for Bengals updates ourselves. Always there for us. When something new is posted about the Bengals, you can be sure that he has it up on BengalsWorld.com within a matter of seconds. Also contributes greatly with good insight posts.
Insurgent. The resident terrorist. Figuratively speaking of course. Another guy that is very insightful in his posts and a great sense of humor. Also a fun guy to hang out with. He is the "Sexiest Male Member" on the site, as voted by the women (though we all know it's me).
Major Bludd. The man with a plan. Usually a conspiracy theory, but a plan none the less. The guy can come up with some off the wall, "WTF" style posts. Always good for a laugh. Sucks at shooting pool though. Also a founding member of the Twin Towers, and The Pentagon.
Yorkshirebengal. One of the many foreigners. Bloody wanka, to be exact. He's a young guy with a deep rooted love for the Bengals, thousands of miles away. Why he picked this team, I'll never know. He brings good insight in his posts about the Bengals, and many other topics as well. Surprising how much those "Lobster Backs" know about us. (His favorite color is pink)
I could keep going, but there are a lot of members, and this blog would be 10 miles long if I were to name off everyone. To those I didn't add, don't believe for a second that I think any less of you or higher of the ones mentioned. They just happened to be the ones I thought of off the top of my head. I respect all of you the same.
So if you are a fan of the Bengals, or even the Steelers, Browns, Ravens or any other team for that matter, check out BengalsWorld.com. We welcome any and all fans of the NFL with open arms. Even if all you want to do is come in and trash talk the Bengals, thats fine. We have a "Smack Talk" section in the forums for just that sort of thing.

A Little More About Me
Dear Journal,
It's me Doug. Porkchop ran away and I think Patti Mayonnaise has the hots for Roger Klutz. It really hasn't been a good day. It all started.........
Enough of that. To those that know where the hell that came from, I give you props! Greatest show of all time, and I need to get the DVD collection of all the seasons.
Anywhoooo....
I would like to take this opportunity to delve a little deeper into the person that is me. The "About me" section really doesn't tell you who I am as a person. It just gives you a quick little insight to what I like.
Again, my name is Brad and I live in West Carrollton, Ohio. It's a small town with a big city attitude. We are adjacent to Miamisburg, Moraine, Kettering and Centerville. And right smack dab in the middle, is the Dayton Mall. Surrounded by rich people and poor people alike, also country fields and skyscrapers, I get a pretty wide range of interaction from different kinds of people. This has helped me become who I am today. Being around a diverse group of people has given me my sense of humor, wit, what some might call a "fashion sense", and a great urge and desire to better my education, as I don't want to be like some of the people that "Live down by the river".
I am a peaceful guy, usually minding my own business. I like to stay indoors, though I do love the outdoors too. I like to go out and play some back yard football now and then with the guys or ride bikes, rollerblading and sometimes just walk. I do enjoy going to movies, bowling, shoot pool, karaoke and getting drunk at my local bars.
Indoors, I like listening to all sorts of music, typing in random words into Google and learning more about whatever link shows up and helping run a few message boards online. I just recently got into this wide world of blogging, and so far...so good.
A little into my personal life now, because I am sure that's what your really here to know isn't it? I am just a normal guy with an abstract mind. I like to argue to the point where I will argue for either side, whether I agree with it or not, just for the sake of arguing. I love politics and religion, and really love getting into creation vs. evolution debates. I have a strong Christian faith, though I do not attend church. I am against organized religion secs. I use to go to Baptist churches, but they did not always preach from the Bible, and most of the time threw in personal beliefs. No one church is 100% correct, and since that is the case, I will worship Christ the way that the Bible tells me too. Minus the church part of course.
Onwards!
I love cooking. I make a mean spaghetti, due to my secret family recipe for the sauce (I really need to bottle this stuff and sell it). I also have a few Italian dishes that I make, though I don't have a name for them, other than what my friends call it. "Dude, make some of that killer pasta stuff!"
I don't read as much as I would like too. I was really into the Left Behind series for a while, but lost the interest once full time work was established after high school. For some reason, I haven't gone back and finished it. I even have the entire series! But alas, I haven't picked it back up. Though a book I am looking to buy soon is one called, "Hyperspace". It's about string theories, quantum physics, and the possibility of multiple parallel universes. It really has my interest, as I like to read into that sort of "science". Which kinda helps me separate myself from those people that "live down by the river".
I am an avid Cincinnati Bengals fan. Go ahead. Laugh it all out now. I can wait................

We aren't looking too good this year. Which is really saying something. 0-4! What the hell? I have been blasted many, many, many times about my loyalty to my team. And often times, I feel I should abandon ship, but I can't do that to my team. As much money as I have spent on them, I am holding out. For how much longer? That's a damn good question.

Where's Ross Perot When You Need Him?
Remember back a few elections when there was a short, loud, proud independent guy causing a ruckus? Ever stop and think that he was exactly what this country needed? And still needs?
Ross Perot may not have had the “Presidential look” per say, but he had all the right answers to all the questions. He could have balanced the budget, and our economy would be flourishing right now. He was a very smart business man that knew how to handle money, even on a large scale. The man, back then, was worth 4 billion dollars. He made that money on his own, and budgeted his money with prestine accuracy. This country is a business. This world is a business. And we passed up on a president that could run this business effectively, with a huge profit.
But we passed on him. Which isn’t really that shocking when Clinton and Bush Sr. has/had a lot of experience in the ways of governing, either local, state or on a federal level. It’s hard to contend with that. But then, during the 92′ debates, Perot slapped them both in the face with the greatest “smack” to ever come out of a debate.
ROSS PEROT: “I don’t have any experience in running up a $4 trillion debt. I don’t have any experience in gridlock government, where nobody takes responsibility for anything and everybody blames everybody else.” http://www.pbs.org/newshour/debatingourdestiny/dod/1992-broadcast.html
Words so true, that it sent a shiver down the spines of the other two candidates. Ross Perot had them by the cajones on that issue. A man with an overabundence of common sense and business sense, with great plans for this country to bring us back to a world economical giant (more so than we already were/are).
But we said nay. We let the last chance for “Change”, in a long time, slip through our fingers. He could have and would have stood up against the political robots and made changes for the betterment of the USA.
On the issue of war and foreign relations, he had that down too. He believed that you don’t stick your nose in other people business unless it was effecting your own. You don’t go to war without the approval from the people. Congress should not be the deciders when it comes to what effects the people. Congress is corrupt with everyones hand in each others wallets, and they don’t have the people of America in mind when making decisions.
Perot was a great man that sadly, was before his time.
Real Change
I am willing to actually make an honest attempt at running in 2020, which I will address on a future date. Whether that sounds silly or not, we the people are responsible for this country.
The ones that are regurgitated to the forefront ever 4 years by this ridiculous 2 party system of ours, are not of the people, by the people nor are they for the people. These political suits are there to make money and that's it. The common man is not in their best interest.
Obama's slogan of "Change" would stand a little bit taller had he picked someone not in his party affiliation. If you are going to "Change" this country, you have to start with the people inside. Recycling the same politicians in and out of major government offices is not "Change".
McCain is the same thing, but he did a little different. He actually went for the bold move of picking a VP that is not a complete Washington tool. Palin knows very little about a lot of things when it comes to foreign relations, economy on a grand scale, or pretty much anything else for that matter. Though she is inept in a lot of areas, she would bring a fresh, new, non clouded view of our flawed government system. But this is still not enough "Change" since she is already in the political drowning pool.
It is regular Joe people like us that need to make a stand and actually "Change" this country. As long as the upper 1% have control, us down here in the middle class will continue to suffer.
So this brings me to a question.
"Does experience really matter?" Lets break this down, shall we?
On one hand, we feel comfortable when a candidate or someone already in a high office, that has experience dealing with certain issues like economics, foreign police and health care. It's good to know that someone knows how to handle situations.
On the other hand, the past three presidential elections (including this year), we have been left with deciding the "Lesser of Two Evils". And one of the most common things you will hear gathered around your water cooler at work or on a blog online, is "We need an "Average Joe", middle classed citizen to run for president". So someone does, and the first thing out of everyone's mouth is, "He doesn't have any experience!".
So what's it going to be people? The same two people/parties every 4 years or finally allow someone in the Oval Office with a conscience, heart and love for your fellow man? Experience is gained by doing, not by being somewhere. You bring in an "Average Joe" with some knowledge and understanding of common sense, he/she learns as they go certain ways to handle things. And I am certain that if a middle classed commoner was in the Oval Office, he/she would bring a completely new aspect to how things should be done. Because lets face it, whats been done the past 80 years isn't working.
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Albert Einstein.
We need a fresh, non political robot to make a "Change". We need an "Average Joe" to slap Capitol Hill in the face and remind them that this nation was founded on 3 simple things. Of the people, by the people and for the people.

On the other hand, the past three presidential elections (including this year), we have been left with deciding the "Lesser of Two Evils". And one of the most common things you will hear gathered around your water cooler at work or on a blog online, is "We need an "Average Joe", middle classed citizen to run for president". So someone does, and the first thing out of everyone's mouth is, "He doesn't have any experience!".
So what's it going to be people? The same two people/parties every 4 years or finally allow someone in the Oval Office with a conscience, heart and love for your fellow man? Experience is gained by doing, not by being somewhere. You bring in an "Average Joe" with some knowledge and understanding of common sense, he/she learns as they go certain ways to handle things. And I am certain that if a middle classed commoner was in the Oval Office, he/she would bring a completely new aspect to how things should be done. Because lets face it, whats been done the past 80 years isn't working.

We need a fresh, non political robot to make a "Change". We need an "Average Joe" to slap Capitol Hill in the face and remind them that this nation was founded on 3 simple things. Of the people, by the people and for the people.
Economy Crisis Solution
Welcome to my first blog post. Yay! Go me! The idealistic, overjoyed, happy go lucky, internet user, that wants to post his/her thoughts and feelings about certain things that he/she feels needs addressed.
Well. No need to continue the suspense. Here we go!
Is it really that hard to correct this depleting economy? We all have those words burned into our sponge-like brains, "700 Billion Dollar Bailout". Do we really have to spend money to make money? 9 times out of 10, yes. The first step in any business, and America IS a business, is you have to buy something in order for your product to even reach the production line. This is that 1 in 10 times that you don't. The money we need to fix this "crisis", if you will, is already in the system. It's just not going to where it needs to go.
Our government spends billions upon billions of dollars every year on research that is not needed. Funding projects that really have no beneficial outcome that would constitute any real meaning for the project, and or, give back in what was given to them. If the government would stop wasting our tax dollars on silly projects and research that is irrelevant to the people and to our society as a whole, we could use those billions of dollars to bring back this economy. And if we continue to starve these useless projects, our economy will bounce back up into a surplus. Instead of the tax payers and other countries having to pay for this 700 billion dollar "bailout", our own money that's already accounted for will cover the cost in just a few years. Once that is paid off, then those billions of dollars would go into our deficit. Our dollar would actually be worth a dollar again.
With the deficit where its at, as of right now that totals $10,128,542,109,245.01 (and it's gone up a lot more by the you even got to this sentence), it will take a while for this to go down. But with billions of dollars feeding it, plus with the economical increase, this number will slowly but surely come down. This is not a fast solution, but it is the most effective, sure fire solution.
Are you sitting here nodding your head in agreement? Please tell me you are. I would hope that this idea doesn't come across as "radical" or some type of "whacko", theory. It makes too much sense to me.
